INDICATIONS
Fosamax is in the band of medicines called bisphosphonates (bis FOS fo nayts). It alters the cycle of bone formation and breakdown by the body processes. Fosamax slows bone loss while increasing bone mass, that might prevent bone fractures.
INSTRUCTIONS
